Smart building network whizzes Ideal are experts in deploying and managing large and complex converged network systems (CNS).

I wrote an ebook and brochure to help businesses understand the benefits of retrofitting a CNS to their building — from operating efficiencies to achieving sustainability goals to creating a better employee experience.

These were written for Ideal in partnership with Cisco. (Note: I did not write the Intro page for the brochure.)

I also wrote an article, based on a SME interview, on how managed services help protect smart buildings’ cybersecurity.
